Finishing site engineer

Key Responsibilities:Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirementsPrepare detailed shop drawings for all finishing works (floors, walls, ceilings, façades, etc.)Quantity take-off and preparation of BOQsReview and select finishing materials and samplesCoordinate with site engineers and other disciplines (structural, MEP)Prepare and review variation orders when requiredFollow up on design changes issued by consultants or clientsPrepare and review monthly progress payments / invoicesPrepare and submit as-built drawings upon project completionProvide technical support to site engineers and resolve execution issuesEnsure compliance with project schedule and technical standards
