Export Specialist

Manage end-to-end export processes from order receipt to final delivery.Prepare and review export documentation (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin).Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs clearance agents.Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.Handle communication with government authorities (Customs, Export Authorities).Review Letters of Credit (L/C) and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.Maintain accurate records and prepare periodic reports.Communicate effectively with international clients.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or related field.2–4 years of experience in export operations.Strong knowledge of international shipping and customs procedures.Good command of English (written & spoken).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
