Job Description

Lead and mentora dedicated team of electrical and mechanical maintenance professionals, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Develop, implement, and overseerobust preventive and predictive maintenance programsfor all electrical and mechanical assets.
Diagnose and troubleshootcomplex electrical system failures, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal downtime.
Manage maintenance budgets, resource allocation, and inventory for electrical components and spare parts.
Ensure strict adherence to allsafety regulations and industry standards, promoting a zero-incident work environment.

Requirements & Qualifications
