Accounting Manager

Oversee daily accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury activities.Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities.Supervise account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.Coordinate with auditors and support audit requirements.Lead, develop, and manage the accounting team.Support process improvements and ERP/accounting system optimization.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.10+ years of accounting experience, with managerial experience preferred.Strong knowledge of financial reporting, GL, taxation, and compliance.Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.CMA, CPA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
