Accounting Manager

Manage the full accounting cycle (AP, AR, GL, payroll entries, accruals, etc.)Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsEnsure timely bank reconciliations and account reconciliationsMonitor cash flow and support treasury activitiesEnsure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirementsCoordinate with external auditors and tax advisorsDevelop accounting policies and internal control proceduresEstablish proper documentation and filing systemsDesign and implement accounting workflows and SOPsBuild and supervise the accounting team as the company expands

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance5–8 years of accounting experiencePrevious experience in a senior accountant or assistant manager roleStrong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and take ownership
