Tendering Estimation Engineer

Strong experience in cost estimation and preparing project BOQs & quotationsAbility to analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements accuratelyExperience in coordinating with procurement, suppliers, and subcontractorsSolid knowledge of pricing, cost control, and market ratesAbility to prepare technical and financial proposalsStrong analytical, negotiation, and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlinesProficiency in Excel and AutoCAD (Primavera is a plus)

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or ArchitectureExperience: 5–10 years in estimation/tendering within construction companies (mandatory)Strong knowledge of BOQs, pricing, and cost estimationAbility to read and analyze drawings and specifications accuratelyGood command of English (written and spoken)
