Senior Technical Office Electrical Engineer

Lead the Technical Office Electrical team and distribute tasks.Review IFC drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents.Prepare and review shop drawings before consultant submission.Review and approve material submittals and technical submittals.Prepare quantity take-offs and monitor material consumption.Coordinate with Procurement to ensure compliance with project specifications.Review and respond to RFIs and technical queries.Coordinate with Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, and BIM teams to resolve clashes.Prepare variation orders (VOs), claims, and cost impact studies when required.Ensure compliance with project specifications, IEC/NEC standards, and consultant requirements.Attend technical meetings with consultants and clients.

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.7–10+ years of experience in MEP/Construction projects.Strong experience in high-rise buildings, hospitals, commercial buildings, hotels, or mega projects.Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit MEP.Experience with Navisworks, Dialux, ETAP is preferred.Excellent knowledge of shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, BOQs, and value engineering.Strong coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
