Security Supervisor

Supervise outsourced security guards and ensure compliance with company security procedures.Monitor access control, visitor management, and vehicle entry/exit.Conduct regular security inspections across the factory and office premises.Monitor CCTV operations and investigate security incidents.Develop and implement site security procedures and emergency response plans.Support investigations related to security incidents, theft, and policy violations.Maintain security records, incident reports, and contractor performance evaluations.Coordinate with local authorities when required.Ensure compliance with company safety and security standards.

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.3–7 years of experience in a similar position.Retired Armed Forces or Police Officers are preferred.Experience in Food Manufacturing or FMCG is an advantage.Good knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and Physical Security Systems.Strong leadership, reporting, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in MS Word & Excel.
