Description du Poste

Supervise and follow up on execution of finishing works: plastering, tiling, painting, gypsum board, false ceilings, flooring, waterproofing, joinery, and aluminum/glass works.
Read and implement architectural and shop drawings accurately on site.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, foremen, and labor to meet the project schedule.
Monitor daily progress and prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Check the quality of materials and workmanship, and ensure compliance with specifications.
Prepare quantities and measurements of executed works for progress billing.
Coordinate with the technical office, QC, and MEP teams to resolve site issues and avoid clashes.
Request inspections (IR) and follow up on consultant/client comments and snag lists until handover.
Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements on site.
Manage material requests and follow up on deliveries to avoid delays.

Exigences & Compétences

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
3-5 years of site experience in finishing or fit-out projects.
Strong knowledge of finishing materials, execution methods, and quality standards.
Ability to read architectural drawings and shop drawings.
Good knowledge of quantity measurement and progress billing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good technical English.
