Leasing Manager

Develop and execute leasing strategies for commercial, medical, and administrative units.Prepare and study the ideal tenant mix to ensure a balanced and integrated project.Set rental prices in coordination with senior management based on market analysis.Manage leasing marketing campaigns, brokers, and negotiations with prospective tenants.Monitor occupancy and revenue performance, and prepare regular leasing and market reports.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in real estate leasing or real estate marketing.Experience in commercial or medical projects is a strong advantage.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to successfully close deals.Good knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market.Strong reporting, analytical, and market assessment skills.
