Description du Poste

  • Manage the foreign purchasing cycle from RFQ to delivery.
  • Source and evaluate international suppliers and manufacturers.
  • Request and compare quotations, prices, lead times, and payment terms.
  • Negotiate with overseas suppliers to achieve competitive commercial terms.
  • Issue and follow up on purchase orders with international suppliers.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, banks, and internal departments.
  • Follow up on shipping documents, delivery schedules, and import procedures.
  • Review commercial invoices, packing lists, and other shipping documents.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
  • Monitor market prices and identify alternative suppliers and products.
  • Ensure purchased equipment and spare parts meet required technical specifications.

Exigences & Compétences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Foreign Procurement, Import, or International Purchasing.
  • Experience dealing with international suppliers.
  • Good knowledge of import and shipping procedures.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Very good English, written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong follow-up, organization, and attention to detail.
