Data Entry - Night Shift

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy to join our dynamic team.

This role is crucial in the preparation and management of dental appliance design cases using CAD software, focusing on interdental blocking, space blocking, trimlines, adding fixtures, and managing case assignments across global facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for data interpretation, experience working with MES systems, and proficiency in Excel for operational tracking andreporting.

Key Responsibilities: Work within different CAD software to prepare digital dental cases: Perform interdental and space blockingDefine and adjust trimlinesAdd fixtures as needed per case specificationsAssign cases accurately to the appropriate production facilities Use Excel spreadsheets for tracking and updating case dataInput and manage production data in MES (Manufacturing Execution System)Interpret and verify technical and spatial data to ensure high-quality outputCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate case handlingEnsure compliance with internal protocols and quality standards

Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas, data handling)Excellent in English skillsStrong attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical data accuratelyAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentGood communication skills and a collaborative mindsetBackground in dental technology, digital orthodontics, or similar field is a plus
