Description du Poste

Calculate and analyze the cost of medical services and hospital operations.
Monitor departmental expenses and analyze cost variances.
Prepare monthly cost reports and financial analyses.
Monitor medical supplies, medications, and consumables costs.
Analyze departmental profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, Pharmacy, and Medical Stores to ensure accurate cost allocation.

Exigences & Compétences

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
2–4 years of experience in Cost Accounting.
Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare organization is preferred.
Good knowledge of cost analysis, expense allocation, and inventory costing.
Experience in calculating the cost of medical services is preferred.
Very good Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and reporting skills.
