Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platformsConduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitabilityCoordinate interviews between clients and candidatesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidatesIdentify new business opportunities and support lead generation effortsAssist in developing recruitment strategies to meet hiring goalsMaintain candidate databases and recruitment recordsEnsure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
