Business Analytics Lead

We are looking for a Business Analytics Lead who is highly proactive and able to turn raw data into clear insights, patterns, and recommendations.

This role requires someone who doesn’t wait for questions, someone who identifies trends, connects the dots, runs correlations, and translates data into actions that move the business forward.

You will lead the analytics function and work closely with Product, Growth, and Operations.

7 - 10 years in data/business analytics with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.Strong ability to read, interpret, and connect data points into meaningful insights.Proven experience running correlation analysis, segmentation, funnel and cohort analysis.Advanced SQL skills and hands-on use of BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Metabase, etc.).Proactive mindset with a track record of independently identifying opportunities and risks.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.Experience in product-led or marketplace environments is preferred.]Nice to haveExperience using Python/R for deeper statistical analysis.Background in growth analytics or forecasting models.Experience building or scaling analytics teams.
