That means you’ll go deep on one thing, understand it inside and out, and lead a focused team of Flutter developers, Laravel engineers, QA, and designers toward one shared goal.????

What you’ll own:

• Full project lifecycle — planning, kickoff, execution, tracking, and delivery
• Define scope, goals, schedules, and deliverables with internal teams
• Bridge communication across Flutter, backend, QA, and design teams
• Track progress, flag risks early, and keep momentum going
• Monitor resource allocation, priorities, and project dependencies
• Maintain project plans, status updates, and documentation
• Serve as the main liaison between teams and management——✅ What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering(required)
• Strong English proficiency — we work in a multinational environment
• Solid understanding of Flutter development, Laravel backend systems, and UI/UX design workflows
• Experience managing mobile app or software development projects
• Familiarity with the Saudi Arabia market (strong advantage)
• PMP or equivalent certification (advantage)
• Strong ownership, leadership, and organizational skills
• Agile / Scrum mindset——????
