Description du Poste

Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with TIEC policies and accounting standards.
Assist in internal and external audit preparations.
Help maintain proper documentation for financial transactions.
Assist senior accountants and managers with ad-hoc financial tasks.
Collaborate with other departments to verify financial data.
Contribute to process improvements in the finance department.

Exigences & Compétences

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
0-2 years of accounting experience
Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
Strong English language
Excellent report writing skills.
