Tendering Estimation Engineer

Study of tenders: carefully review drawings, technical specifications, and contractual terms (private and public).Quantity Calculation (( BOQ )): Inventory and measure the materials, labor and equipment needed for the project.Price analysis: determining direct costs (materials, labor) and indirect costs (management, insurance).Negotiation: Obtaining competitive quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.Preparing bids: preparing and submitting the technical and financial offer, especially via digital platforms.Market Analysis: Monitor updated market prices to ensure competitiveness.

Required Skills:Exceptional proficiency in Tendering and Engineering principles.Demonstrated expertise in Cost Estimation and Bidding processes.Strong understanding of Construction Management and Quantity Surveying.Advanced skills in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.Adept at Risk Assessment and Contract Negotiation.Ability to conduct thorough Feasibility Studies.Experience Requirements:A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a Tendering or Estimation role within the construction or civil engineering industry.Proven track record of successfully preparing and winning competitive bids for significant projects.
