Receive material requirements based on requested quantities and technical specificationsSource and manage approved and new suppliers in accordance with company standardsRequest quotations and confirm material availability, pricing, and delivery timelines with suppliersRequest material samples and coordinate laboratory testing to ensure quality compliancePrepare supplier comparisonCreate RFQs and generate purchase orders through the ERP systemIssue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveryCoordinate material inspection upon delivery and ensure compliance with specificationsSupervise proper storage, handling, and inventory recording in the warehouseHandling payments & invoices with suppliers

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.( 0-1) year of experience in ProcurementGood knowledge of Microsoft office programsGood English language knowledge
