Precast Production Manager

Plan, manage, and oversee all precast production activities to ensure on-time delivery.Monitor daily production schedules and optimize plant productivity.Ensure compliance with quality standards and production specifications.Coordinate with Technical Office, QC, Maintenance, Logistics, and Projects teams.Manage production resources, manpower, and equipment efficiently.Analyze production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with HSE policies and factory safety procedures.Prepare production reports and monitor KPIs.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.10–15 years of experience in precast concrete manufacturing.Strong knowledge of precast production processes, molds, concrete technology, and curing systems.Experience in production planning, manpower management, and resource allocation.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
