Logistics Specialist

Source and negotiate with suppliers on pricing, payment terms, and delivery.Review purchase documents and ensure accuracy of specifications and pricing.Follow up on orders from placement until final delivery.Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines.Track shipments and handle any delays or issues.Compare and negotiate freight rates.Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation requirements.Handle shipping documents (AWB, invoices, packing lists, etc.).Follow up with customs clearance processes and ACID requirements.Maintain procurement records and update internal systems.Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, etc.).

Bachelor’s degree. 0–2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).Attention to details.Strong communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is required.Very good English level.Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes is a plus.Giza residents or nearby areas.
