Job Description

Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
Basic understanding ofSQL and relational database management.
Strongcommunication and problem-solving skills.
High willingness to learn healthcare systems and work directly on-site at customer locations.
Prior exposure toHealthcare IT conceptsis an advantage, but not mandatory.
Deployment & Setup:Assist in installing, configuring, and testing software solutions on-site and remotely.
Database & Integrations:Apply basic SQL to system setup, data verification, and workflow configuration.
Client Engagement:Work closely with end-users at customer sites, providing initial guidance and gathering requirements.
Troubleshooting:Identify and resolve application deployment issues in real time.

Requirements & Qualifications

Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and end-users.
High adaptability and willingness to work hands-on on-site at customer locations.
