Costing Supervisor

Key ResponsibilitiesLead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.Perform variance analysis and provide actionable financial insightsSupport strategic initiatives, investment evaluations, and cost optimization efforts.Monitor KPIs and prepare management reports and dashboards.Partner with department heads and leadership to translate financial data into business recommendations.Support operational and commercial teams in improving financial performance and growth.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.5-7 years of experience in FP&A, Costing, or Budgeting.

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and BI/ERP systems knowledge.
