Job Description

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automation systems, PLCs, drives and sensors
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues in automated equipment.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements to increase efficiency, reliability, and safety.
Support installation, testing, and commissioning of new automation equipment and software upgrades.
Maintain and update technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and maintenance records.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Train and support operators and technicians in automation system use and basic troubleshooting.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree inElectrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
Proven experience (2–4 years) in maintenance of automation systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge ofPLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, or similar), SCADA/HMI systems, and industrial communication protocols.
Hands-on experience withsensors, actuators, VFDs.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
