Job Description

Record and monitor all warehouse-related accounting transactions.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation.
Record receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and adjustments on Odoo.
Reconcile physical stock with system balances and investigate discrepancies.
Prepare and review inventory reports and stock movements.
Monitor inventory valuation and ensure accurate accounting records.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams.
Conduct and participate in periodic physical stock counts.
Follow up on inventory discrepancies and prepare adjustment reports when required.
Ensure compliance with company accounting and inventory procedures.
Maintain organized records for all inventory-related transactions and documents.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
4–5 years of relevant experience in warehouse accounting, inventory accounting, or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is mandatory.
Good understanding of inventory accounting and warehouse transactions.
Experience in stock reconciliation and physical inventory counts.
Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with Warehouse and Finance teams.
Good communication and organizational skills.
