Store Manager

Sales & Targets: Drive the store's sales performance, meet monthly KPIs, and implement sales promotion strategies.Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and motivate store staff to achieve high performance and maintain high customer service standards.Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control, stock management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.Loss Prevention (LP): Implement and monitor security and loss prevention measures, ensuring strict compliance with company inventory protocols.Customer Experience: Ensure a welcoming atmosphere, handle customer inquiries, and resolve complaints professionally.Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports, inventory updates, and staff schedules to area management.

Age: Maximum 30 years old.Experience: Minimum 3 years of solid experience in Fashion Retail or branch management (Fashion retail background is a must).Education: Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage, train, and develop a team.Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Problem-Solving: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle daily operational challenges under pressure.Locations: Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, & Hurghada (Candidates must reside in the specified location).
