Job Description

Supervising and monitoring the site labor and the work of any subcontractors.
Review, comment and make recommendations on the construction methodology.
Planning, coordination and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects.
Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets, and timescales.
Providing technical advice and solving problems on-site.
Handle site-related issues as required.
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Coordinate with different Departments to Monitor and control the work progress to ensure that the quality of the work is meeting project specifications.
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture major.- (7-10) years of experience in commercial projects is a must.
