Senior Logistics Specialist

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Logistics Specialist to join our growing team.

The role focuses on managing export operations, shipping coordination, and overseeing global logistics processes to ensure smooth delivery and operational efficiency.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage global customer shipments and provide end-to-end logistics solutions.Prepare, review, and validate export shipping documentation.Evaluate offers from shipping lines and recommend the best commercial options.Review freight and shipping invoices according to contracts.Coordinate with freight forwarders and ensure timely collection of required documents (e.g., Form 13).Monitor loading processes, customs formalities, and container/truck availability.Ensure compliance with export policies and internal procedures.Coordinate truck movement and oversee loading operations.Track logistics KPIs and ensure operational efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.3–7 years of experience in logistics/export operations (industrial background preferred).Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures.Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).Strong coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with logistics KPIs and operational efficiency tools.
