Senior Demand Planning

Lead the demand forecasting process using statistical models and business inputsAnalyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality to improve forecast accuracyCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align demand plansMonitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, bias, and service levelsIdentify risks and opportunities in demand variability and recommend mitigation strategiesSupport S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes and executive reportingDevelop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI or TableauMentor junior planners and guide best practices in demand planningDrive continuous improvement initiatives and automation in forecasting processes

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering.3-5 years of experience in demand planning or supply chain analyticsStrong knowledge of forecasting techniques (time series, regression, machine learning basics)Hands-on experience with ERP/APS systems (e.g., SAP APO, SAP IBP)Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis toolsExperience with SQL or Python is a strong advantageStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
