Key Responsibilities:Lead architectural designs from concept stage to detailed design and IFC drawingsReview and approve architectural drawings, ensuring compliance with codes and standardsCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams (Structural, Electrical, Mechanical)Lead and mentor junior and mid-level architectsReview shop drawings to ensure alignment with design intentIdentify and resolve design issues during project executionEnsure timely delivery of design packagesReview material submittals in line with project specification

Requirements:3–4 years of relevant experienceStrong technical and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
