Job Summary:We are looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead and manage the hiring process, attract qualified candidates, and ensure the company hires the right talent on time.

Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle (posting jobs, screening, interviews, hiring)Develop recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidatesCoordinate with department managers to understand hiring needsOversee and guide the recruitment teamBuild and maintain a strong candidate pipelineEnsure a smooth and professional hiring processMonitor recruitment performance and prepare reports
