QC Engineer

Review and update test projects in accordance with international requirements and submit them to the Department Head for approval.Ensure adherence to international quality codes and standards.Assign and oversee quality inspectors to verify work effectiveness in alignment with departmental requirements, product quality, and microphone standards.Monitor quality activities within the production team and coordinate with relevant departments to address any quality violations or deviations.Manage quality inspection activities, including violation reports, and handle non-conformities with specifications.Follow up on customer complaints and non-compliance reports (NCRs) in coordination with relevant departments and the direct manager to ensure timely resolution.Direct and evaluate team performance in accordance with assigned tasks and the monthly incentive program.Ensure compliance with 5S principles, occupational health, and safety standards.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.3-5 years of experience in a similar or relevant industry.TQM certificate or equivalent QC certificationStakeholder management skillsAdvanced English proficiency
