Purchasing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Food and Beverage Purchasing Specialist to manage the procurement of food, beverages, and operational supplies.

The ideal candidate will negotiate with suppliers, monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure timely delivery of quality products.

Purchase food, beverages and supplies.Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms.Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages or overstocking.Ensure products meet quality and safety standards.Compare market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.Track deliveries and resolve supply issues or delays.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).Experience in purchasing of Food and Bevarage industry is a mustKnowledge of food and beverage products and market pricing.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
