Operation Specialist

Communicate with clients to provide shipment updates and ensure timely delivery.Handle customer inquiries and provide support.Manage and respond to logistics-related emails.Organize and maintain customs and shipping documents.Track document renewals (e.g., permits, invoices).Follow up shipments under customs clearance and report delays.Prepare regular and special reports on shipment status.Coordinate with internal teams to streamline operations.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field.Experience: Previous experience in shipping, customs clearance, or customer relationship management.Skills:Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).Ability to manage and organize documents and files efficiently.Familiarity with basic customs procedures and international shipping.Strong follow-up and coordination skills across teams.Proficiency in computer software, especially email systems and Microsoft Office.
