Handle customer orders and follow up on production timelinesCoordinate with planning, sourcing, production, and quality teams.Monitor order status to ensure on-time delivery.Prepare and maintain order sheets, costing details, and production updates.Communicate with buyers regarding approvals, samples, and shipment schedules.Support problem-solving related to production or material delays.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Textile, or related field.+3 years of experience in garment merchandising.Strong understanding of garment production processes and order management.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.Very good English proficiency and strong Excel skills.
