Job Description

Develop comprehensive MEP drawingsfor a diverse range of construction projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards.
Collaborate closely with engineers and project managersto integrate MEP systems seamlessly into overall project designs.
Utilize advanced drafting softwareto produce detailed plans, schematics, and elevations for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Review and interpret architectural and structural drawingsto identify potential clashes and propose effective solutions.
Prepare detailed construction documentation, including schedules, specifications, and material lists.
Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes and regulations, maintaining the highest levels of safety and quality.
Contribute to the continuous improvementof drafting standards and procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven expertise in AutoCADand extensive experience inMEP DesignandEngineering.
Demonstrated proficiency in creating detailedTechnical DrawingsandConstruction Documentation.
Solid understanding ofHVAC Systems,Plumbing Systems, andElectrical Systems.
Familiarity withRevitandBIMmethodologies is a significant advantage.
ExceptionalAttention to Detail, strongProblem-Solvingskills, and effectiveProject Coordinationabilities.
A commitment to delivering high-quality, compliant designs.
We are seeking anExperienced professionalwith a minimum of6 to 15 years of dedicated experienceas an MEP Draftsman or in a similar capacity within the construction, civil, or architectural engineering sectors.
