Marketing Communications Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Qualification & Marketing Coordinator to join our team and support our marketing and sales alignment by managing incoming leads, qualifying business opportunities, and supporting marketing campaign activities.The role will be responsible for engaging with marketing-generated leads, understanding prospect needs, ensuring qualified opportunities are properly transferred to the sales team, and maintaining accurate lead information within the CRM.

Key Responsibilities:Lead Management & Sales Alignment

• Follow up with new leads generated from marketing campaigns through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Qualify prospects based on company profile, business needs, budget, timeline, and technical requirements.
• Schedule discovery calls and ensure qualified opportunities are transferred to the sales team with complete qualification notes.
• Maintain and update lead records, activities, and pipeline stages in the CRM system.Marketing Support
• Support the setup, tracking, and monitoring of digital and event marketing campaigns.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and prospect insights to improve future marketing activities.
• Assist in organizing lead lists, outreach templates, and marketing materials for prospect follow-up.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B lead qualification, lead generation, marketing coordination, or sales support.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with corporate decision-makers.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
• Basic understanding of B2B technology solutions, hardware products, or IT services is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
