Management Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute management consulting projects across various industries.
• Assess organizational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct business analysis, research, interviews, and diagnostic assessments.
• Develop organizational structures, governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and operating manuals.
• Design strategic plans, business models, KPIs, and performance management systems.
• Prepare professional reports, proposals, and executive presentations.
• Facilitate client workshops, meetings, and presentations.
• Contribute to the development of consulting methodologies, templates, and knowledge assets.Preferred Experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in management consulting, organizational development, or corporate transformation.
• Proven experience in delivering consulting projects for private or public sector organizations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Excellent command of both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
