Maintenance Manager

Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all equipment and facilities.Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of complex mechanical and electrical systems.Monitor OEE, MTBF, and MTTR KPIs; drive continuous improvement across all maintenance metricsManage budgets, resources, and schedules effectively to optimize operational costs and efficiency.Implement and enforce stringent safety protocols and regulatory compliance.Coordinate with Procurement department to Manage relationships with OEM suppliers, spare parts vendors, and third-party service contractorsDrive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and best practices to enhance asset reliability and uptime.Identify, justify, and manage Capex projects as a technical advisor — from ROI analysis and business case development through vendor selection, tendering, and commissioningCollaborate cross-functionally with operations and engineering teams to support production goals and project timelines.Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement long-term solutions.Lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or mechatronics Engineering. 10-5 years of experience included manufacturing environment — extrusion and/or injection molding — with at least 5 years in a managerial role.Hands-on expertise with hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems specific to extrusion lines and injection molding machinesProven experience managing the full Capex lifecycle: justification documentation, ROI modelling, budget tracking, and vendor negotiationStrong command of lean maintenance principles — TPM, 5S, RCMExcellent leadership, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills
