IT System Administrator

Provide comprehensive IT Support for users, systems, and applicationsCoordinate and resolve IT-related incidents and service requests through Ticketing System, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.Manage and Administering Active Directory Domain Services, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, VMware, Cloud Administration, SAN Storage Administration.Manage and Administering SCCM & Sophos Endpoint Protection.

Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or information technology.3-5 years of experience in IT operations and system administration.Strong hands-on experience with Windows servers, virtualization platforms, and networking equipment.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Courses such as MCSA, MCSE and Cloud Administration are Strongly Recommended.Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment.
