Job Description

Handle daily HR activities and support smooth HR operations.
Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and following up with candidates.
Coordinate the on-boarding process for new employees and ensure completion of required documents.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Follow up on attendance, leave, and employee-related issues.
Support employee relations and respond to employees’ HR inquiries.
Coordinate with different departments to meet manpower and HR requirements.
Prepare and maintain HR reports and documentation.
Support HR initiatives and other assigned HR projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in HR.
Good knowledge of HR functions, especially recruitment and personnel activities.
Good understanding of Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent command of English or Chinese speaker.
Preferably a resident of Menoufia Governorate.
