Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support and troubleshoot HIS and RIS applications and related healthcare workflows.
Understand HIS/RIS workflows including
Analyze integration issues by tracking requests, responses, message queues, logs, interfaces, and database transactions.
Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, triggers, and database objects.
Work closely with software development, implementation, support, infrastructure, and customer teams to resolve complex production issues.

Requirements & Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server
Database troubleshooting and data investigation
Good understanding of HL7 standards and healthcare integration
Experience with HIS and/or RIS systems
Experience troubleshooting production applications and integrations
Ability to analyze application, database, and integration logs

RIS – Radiology Information System

•

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

•

Previous experience in Healthcare IT is strongly preferred.
