Handover Engineer

Manage and oversee the full handover process from project completion to client/end-user transfer.

Ensure all project deliverables are finalized and compliant with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Perform inspections and evaluations to ensure all project components comply with approved specifications and quality standards.

Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project transitions.Prepare and maintain accurate handover documentation, including as-built drawings, operation manuals, and warranty information.

3–5 years of experience in engineering, project management, or a related field.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Architecture.Location: On-site.Real estate development background is a Must.
