Job Description

Execute end-to-end export operations, ensuring all shipments comply with international regulations and food safety standards.
Drive international sales growthby identifying and penetrating new geographic markets.
Manage complex logistics networks, coordinating with freight forwarders and shipping lines to optimize lead times and costs.
Collaborate with Marketingto adapt product positioning for diverse international audiences.
Negotiate high-value contractsand manage relationships with global partners and distributors.
Create shipping documentation for international shipments, supporting on domestic shipments as needed.
Coordinate freight pick-up arrangements with logistics companies, for international shipments.
Monitor upcoming shipment schedules, looking ahead for potential capacity bottlenecks and notifying Logistics Manager so that appropriate staffing can be planned.
Work as a member of the Logistics team to ensure customer orders ship on-time and complete.
Track and trace shipments that are in-transit.
Follow operating procedures and promote continual improvement within the department and the company.
Manage the quality, quantity, and efficiency of shipments.
Preparing export documents for shipments.
Preparing commercial invoice, Packing List, and other export documents.
Ensure timely processing of export shipments.
Payment follow-up.
Communicate with international/national customers, including freight forwarders, vendors.
Providing required documents & instructions to freight forwarders.
Maintaining export documents files.
Applying for export promotionIncentive schemes.
Monitoring Drawback credit.
Arranging documents from Exporter.
Preparing checklist.
Filing shipping bill.
Arranging Air Waybill or Bill of lading.
Arranging transportation for shipment.
Coordinate with Airline and shipping lining.
Coordinate with port staff and officers (If Needed).

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven Experience:2-5 years of successful experience inExportandLogistics, specifically within the F&B sector.
Core Expertise:Mastery ofIncoterms,Customs Documentation, and international shipping procedures.
Sales Prowess:A strong background inSalesandBusiness Developmentwith a track record of hitting international targets.
Negotiation:ExceptionalNegotiationand communication skills to manage diverse global stakeholders.
Market Intelligence:Ability to conduct thoroughMarket Researchto identify emerging trends and competitor movements.
Career Level:This is anExperiencedlevel role requiring a proactive professional ready to take ownership of the export department.
Age: 25-30 years
Experience: 2-5 years.
Fluent in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or Foreign Trade.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
Proficiency in Emailing Skills.
Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual.
Displaying multitasking abilities.
