Job Description

Manage the day-to-day operation of the company's e-commerce marketplaces and online platforms.
Maintain product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, stock availability, and product categorization.
Plan and execute online promotions, product launches, bundles, and seasonal campaigns.
Coordinate with the marketing team on paid media, content, and campaign landing pages.
Monitor the complete customer journey and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and average order value.
Track e-commerce performance, including traffic, conversion rate, sales, average order value, cart abandonment, CAC, and ROAS.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommended actions.
Coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and accurate stock visibility.
Follow up with fulfillment and delivery partners to maintain reliable service.
Work with customer service teams to resolve order, payment, delivery, return, and refund issues.
Ensure that online pricing, promotions, and delivery terms comply with market requirements.
Monitor competitors, marketplaces, pricing, promotions, payment methods, and customer expectations.
Support integration and performance management across relevant platforms, marketplaces, payment gateways, and delivery providers.
Recommend improvements to website and marketplace navigation, search, checkout, product pages, and mobile experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
3 years of relevant e-commerce experience.
Age must be under 30 years (Female candidate preferred).
Proven experience managing or supporting an e-commerce business and marketplace operations.
Strong understanding of online shopping behavior, promotional periods, payment preferences, delivery expectations, and local marketplaces.
Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms, tools, and reporting dashboards.
Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination skills.
Fluency in Arabic and strong professional English.
