Debt Collector

Key Responsibilities:Contact customers by phone to follow up on overdue payments.Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve outstanding accounts.Maintain accurate records of customer communications and payment commitments.Handle customer inquiries professionally and in accordance with company policies.Achieve collection targets while maintaining excellent customer service.Location: Head office in Bahrain, but the candidate will work remote from Egypt Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements:Good communication and negotiation skills.Strong listening skills and sound judgment.Basic computer knowledge.Previous experience in collections or customer service is an advantage.Bahraini nationality preferred.
