Cost Control Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing project budgets and cost breakdown structures (CBS).

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project costs.

Track actual costs versus planned budget and highlight variances.

Support in preparing cost reports and financial summaries.

Assist in preparation of cash flow forecasts.

Coordinate with site team for cost data collection and validation.

Review and verify subcontractor invoices and interim payments.

Support Project Controls Manager in reporting and analysis.

Maintain cost databases and project cost records.

Participate in preparing monthly cost reports and dashboards.

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil preferred). 2 – 4 years of experience in cost control or project control.

Basic knowledge of construction cost management.

Good understanding of: Excel (Intermediate to Advanced) o Primavera P6 (Preferred)

Strong analytical and numerical skills.

Ability to work under pressure and in site environment.

Good communication and coordination skills.
