Construction Manager

Oversee and manage construction project .Lead and manage civil construction project, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.Coordinate with consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.ensure compliance with safety standards, quality benchmarks, and budgetary constraints.Monitor project progress and prepare regular status and performance reports.Ensure all permits, approvals, and regulatory requirements are obtained.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.Alexandria Resident.Minimum of 10 - 15 years of proven experience in civil construction management.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
