Automation Engineer (N8N + Python)

We are looking for a full-time Automation Engineer to join our growing operations and software team.

This role focuses on building, maintaining, and optimizing automated workflows using n8n, Python, APIs, AI tools, databases, and third-party integrations.You will work directly with leadership to automate real business operations across e-commerce, logistics, accounting, CRM systems, reporting, AI workflows, inventory management, and internal company operations.This is a hands-on technical role for someone who enjoys solving problems, connecting systems together, and building scalable automations that reduce manual work.You will be trained internally on company systems, workflows, and operational logic.Build and maintain automations using n8nDevelop Python scripts for data processing, scraping, automation logic, APIs, and integrationsConnect APIs, databases, spreadsheets, CRMs, Slack, email systems, and internal platformsDebug and optimize workflow performance and reliabilityWork with AI integrations including OpenAI APIs and automation pipelinesBuild webhook-based systems and event-driven workflowsCreate automations for:Invoice processingInventory managementReportingData synchronizationEmail automationAI-powered operational toolsMonitor workflow logs and troubleshoot failuresCollaborate with developers and operations teamsDocument workflows and internal processes

Experience with PythonExperience with APIs and JSONBasic understanding of automation systems and workflow logicFamiliarity with REST APIs and webhooksUnderstanding of databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQLAbility to troubleshoot technical issues independentlyStrong problem-solving mindsetFluent English communication skillsFast learner with strong attention to detail
