Join Phieg Marketing Agency as an Account Manager responsible for handling incoming leads, qualifying them, converting them into clients and handling existing clients.You will manage the full cycle — from first contact to closing — while ensuring a strong client experience and clear communication.

Responsibilities:Contact and follow up with incoming leads (calls & messages)Qualify leads and understand their needsPresent Phieg’s services and close new clientsManage client communication after onboardingCoordinate with internal teams (media buying & creative)Track leads, follow-ups, and conversionsEnsure client satisfaction and retention

Experience:1–4+ years in Account Management, or client handlingExperience in a marketing agency is a plusReal estate background is a strong advantageSkills:Strong communication and persuasion skillsConfidence in handling calls and closing dealsAbility to qualify leads and identify serious clientsBasic understanding of digital marketingOrganized and able to manage multiple leads
